What is the difference between virgin and hair?

The main difference between virgin and raw hair is the processing. Virgin hair is hair that has never been chemically treated, while raw hair takes you a step further where it hasn’t been mechanically processed at all and left in its most natural state.

Raw hair extensions are extensions that are ONLY collected and come from one donor and it doesn’t undergo any chemical and or mechanical processing. This type of hair is greatly prized for its natural qualities and versatility.

Do you offer wholesale?

Why does my package require a signature?

Packages require a signature because we want to ensure that every Allure Hair customer receives their package. Without any issues of it being lost or stolen. 

I ordered online, but want to cancel. Can I do that?

Yes! Please allow 2-3 business days for Allure Hair to cancel your order. Please allow 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) to refund your money back to you account. We strongly encourage customers to make sure they purchase the correct items as we want to make sure people receive their purchases in a timely manner. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry to say. No, Allure Hair does not ship to PO Boxes. It  must be a complete, full and physical address. 

If I place my order today. When will I receive my Allure Hair?

Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and 5-7 business days after being processed for delivery for standard delivery. Please refer to shipping/return policy for more information. 

How long does Allure Hair extension last for?

Allure Hair extension, will last for at least 3+  years with proper care. Please keep in mind that frontals and closures should be changed out frequently. After every other install.

What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent lace?

HD lace (High Definition Lace) is thin lace that blends effortlessly with your skin tone. The knots are very tiny and the lace is undetectable. Transparent lace is lace that is made of Swiss, light brown lace that needs to be tinted using lace tinting spray or make up to match your skin tone

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

To ensure that all Allure Hair customers receive their order in a timely manner. We strongly suggest making sure that you order exactly what you desire. Due to this orders can not be changed once orders have been placed.

Can I color my Allure hair extensions?

ABSOLUTELY! We at Allure Hair only sell raw extensions. So, all hair extensions can be bleached to #613 and dyed to the color of your liking. However please keep in mind to use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner as bleaching any hair can dry the extensions. 

Is Allure Hair a black owned business?

Yes! Allure hair is a black owned business to ensure everyone 

Do I need to seal my wefts on Allure Hair?

Sealing wefts are not recommended as our wefts are double drawn. However, if you feel more comfortable with sealing your wefts, please feel free to do so.
