- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

Returns and Exchanges:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and all tags and packaging must be intact, hair can not be unraveled, and hair pattern must be in tack.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
